zwuge 94ad490dad chore: remove ESPHome config, correct ESP32 status to active 
ESP32 confirmed running OMG v1.8.1 — not defective. ESPHome experiment
abandoned (no Govee H5100 support). Removed esphome/ folder and corrected
CLAUDE.md status accordingly.
